The Item Group Quick Maintenance option provides users with the ability to quickly change the item group description across multiple item groups.
1. When you first enter the Item Group option a Select An Option window will appear; select QUICK MAINTENANCE.
2. A list of items is presented and command options will appear. If you wish to make changes to the first page select Change; if you wish to make changes to a subsequent page, select Next Page (or Prior Page) and press Change.
3. Use the arrow keys to navigate within the list and make the changes required. Press Enter through the remainder of the fields.
4. Command options will appear; select Update.
Important: Your changes will not be saved unless you select Update.
